In 2012, 81 high school jazz musicians from all over Maine participated in the festival concert held at Scarborough High School in Scarborough, Maine on Saturday, January 7, 2012. Students were chosen to perform in one of four ensembles: Jazz Combo, Jazz Band, Honors Jazz Band and Honors Jazz Choir. MPBN recorded all four ensembles in the festival’s finale concert.
