Earning a college degree can be a challenge for many and sadly many students drop out before their freshman year – but the number of dropouts has changed and for the better. Graduation rates are up by 21 percent since 2005. Aggressive efforts are underway by our state Universities and college to provide academic support for students and to keep them in college.
