Tony Evers’s Department of Administration Secretary Joel Brennan weighs in on the week’s news that includes the state’s Building Commission rejecting the governor’s capital budget and a judge’s ruling on December’s lame duck session. On Republican concerns over borrowing in the budget, Brennan says “I don’t know it’s something they can’t stomach, they just don’t like the chef.”
